Replace the existing EPDM membrane roof system with new fully adhered membrane roofing. The existing roof deck shall remain and patching and repairing any damaged roof deck will be required. The existing gutters and downspouts shall be removed in its entirety and replaced with new gutters and downspouts. Bid Deadline: 2:00 PM, July 1, 2026 Bids will be received at ZMM Architects and Engineers, 1116 South Main St., Blacksburg, VA 24060 .
