Dated: 6/25/2026 1.1 INTENT The objective of this Invitation for Bid for North Platte R-1 School District is to solicit bids as defined within the Project Manual and Drawings. The intent is to enter into a contract with the successful bidder. Under this solicitation, North Platte R-1 will consider bids based upon what constitutes the lowest and best responsive bid. Any contract, if issued, will be subject to annual appropriation of funds by North Platte R-1 in accordance with its normal funding practices that will include but is not limited to budget allocations and limitations. In the event that funds are not available in full or in part for a contract issued in connection with this service, this contract will be subject to modification or cancellation depending upon the extent of available funds. If a bidder’s contract is cancelled, or funding is no longer available for work that has already been done per the terms of the contract, the Contractor will be compensated to the greatest extent possible.
