NOTICE TO BIDDERS BOROUGH OF GLENOLDEN Sealed proposals will be received by the Borough of Glenolden, Delaware County at 36 E. Boon Avenue, Glenolden, PA 19036 until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at which time they will be publically open and read aloud for the following; 1. Lamont Avenue Park Improvements. Proposal forms may be obtained from the office of H. Gilroy Damon Associates, Inc., Civil Engineers, 1343 Chester Pike, Sharon Hill, PA 19079, upon making a deposit of $40.00 non- refundable fee. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Glenolden. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner and a one- year maintenance bond for the 10% of the contract price. The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is assisted with federal funds, and various federal requirements apply as noted in the bid documents, including but not limited to equal opportunity provisions. Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, Build America Buy America Act and Section 3 Final rule threshold requirements for contracts over $200,000 in HUD funds.
