At that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders shall comply with the N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law §103. Beginning on June 10, 2026, the solicitation documents for this matter will be on file and publicly exhibited at the Office of Purchasing, 534 New Loudon Road, Memorial Town Hall, Latham, NY 12110. Copies of said documents may be obtained at that address. Complete bid documents may also be available for download from the Empire State Purchasing Group's web site at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york. Bids shall be submitted at the time and place indicated in the Notice to Bidders and shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope. The opaque envelope shall be marked on the outside with the project title and name and address of the bidder. The submission shall consist of the completed pages of this document marked "TO BE SUBMITTED," and any other required documents.
