At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The Village is working to complete their Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) for their potable water system. The Village has recently located and surveyed most of the water shut off valves of its users, but is missing information on the water service pipe material types for many of the services. The project includes the work to perform hydroexcavation of the selected valves throughout the Village water system, and the required restoration. The contractor will be expected to work with the Village to keep records of pre-construction photos, the service line material type, service size, depth on each side of each curb box, and take photos of each excavated service.
