All work necessary for: West Noble Elementary Roofing Project 2026, located at 5294 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, IN 46767. West Noble High School Roofing Project 2026, located at 20940 US - 33, Ligonier, IN 46767. Bids shall be received for Unified Bid, as described on the plans and specifications. Proposals shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the drawings, instructions, and specifications as prepared and on file in the office Basic Elements Design 4529 E 500 S, Markle, Indiana 46770, and the Administrative Offices of West Noble School Corporation 5050 N US Highway 33, Ligonier, IN 46767. All bids shall be properly and completely executed on State Board of Accounts Form 96 with non- collusion affidavit as required by the Statutes of Indiana.
