Project details

The City of Ontario is seeking proposals from qualified firms for on-call door and gate maintenance and repair services for public buildings. Services include preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and removal of manual and electronic overhead doors, glass, wood, and steel manual doors, accordion-style garage doors, and electronic doors. Work also includes maintenance and repair of swing driveway gates, motor-operated sliding/rolling vehicle gates, ADA-compliant storefront doors, and controls. Services are to be provided on an on-call or urgent basis. The scope includes bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventive maintenance as specified in Exhibit A. The contractor must respond within 4 hours for standard calls and 2 hours for emergency calls. The contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, materials, travel, and safety equipment. A detailed written report must be provided after each service visit.
