The work includes the exterior and interior painting and alternate add-ons of the Parks Lane elevated 500,000 gallon tank. The tank is located at the terminus of Parks Lane, Jessamine County. Time allowed for the completion of the project is 90 consecutive calendar days. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis.
