Project details

Bids must be submitted on forms provided by PARTA and clearly marked 'ATTN: IFB #2027 FUEL' on the lower left side of the outermost envelope. All bids must be received in the administrative offices of PARTA on or before Wednesday, December 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. A public bid opening will follow. The successful bidder will be required to deliver fuel under a 1-year contract term beginning upon acceptance of the bid. The Contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, or handicap. Proposals from entities currently disbarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the State of Ohio or the federal government will be disqualified. The successful bidder must also comply with the FTA's prohibition on certain telecommunications and video surveillance equipment (e.g., Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hikvision, Dahua).
