The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) on behalf of the Division of Instructional and Information Technology is seeking proposals from organizations experienced in and capable of providing comprehensive managed services for large scale payroll systems, which will result in high quality implementation of a new payroll system for the DOE. PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M. EST, June 17, 2026 . LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in one (1) requirement contract agreement. The awarded contract will be for a term of five (5). NYCDOE reserves the unilateral option to extend the contract for two (2) additional two-year periods.
