Wardlaw Way, Hartford, CT 06106. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk through for all bidders will be on June 29, 2026, at 10:00 am at the project site(s), 182-184 Seymour Street, Hartford, CT 06106. Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications dated June 22, 2026, can be viewed and downloaded from the “Bid Opportunities” page of the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford’s website (https://www.hartfordhousing.org/business/bid_opportunities.php). 5% Bid Security (above $25K) and 100% Performance/ Payment Bonds (above $100K) are required, as applicable.
