REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (Non-Profit Corporation) Request for Proposals are now being accepted by the SouthWest Kansas Area Agency on Aging, Inc., (SWKAAA) for funding of the congregate meals (IIIC 1) service in twenty-eight counties in southwest Kansas. Request for Proposals must be received at the SouthWest Kansas Area Agency on Aging, Inc. office 236 San Jose, PO Box 1636, Dodge City, KS 67801 by 4:00p.m., Friday, July 17th, 2026. No faxed copies will be accepted. In response to elderly nutrition needs SWKAAA has been designated the responsibility through the enactment of the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended, to establish nutrition services throughout the 28 counties of southwest Kansas. Program emphasis will be placed on those elderly in greatest economic and social need with particular attention to low-income older individuals, including low-income minority older individuals, older individuals with limited English proficiency, and older individuals residing in rural areas.
