All work to be undertaken as part of this project must be un- dertaken in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations and requirements. All proposals must be submit- ted to Stacy Cook, Com- munity Development Plan- ner II, at Community and De- velopment Services, P.O. Box 1125, Hopkinsville, KY 42241, prior to 3:00 P.M. CT/4:00 P.M. ET, Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Any submission not meeting the minimum re- quirements or not addressing the proposal as outlined will be rejected.
