REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Sealed bids will be received by Haverford Township via mail or hand delivery to the following address: Haverford Township Hav-a-Good Times Printing & Mailing Services Brian Barrett, Director of Parks & Recreation 1014 Darby Road Havertown, PA 19083 Bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday, June 26, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly read for the purchase of: Haverford Township "Hav-a-Good Times" Printing & Mail Services Bid packages may be obtained at no charge on the Haverford Township Website (www.havtwp.oprg) or in-person at the above address. All answers, will be posted and shared with all bidders. The Township intends to award this purchase to the lowest responsible bidder during their public meeting on July 13, 2026. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid is required. Bid security shall be in the form of either a Bond issued by a corporate surety approved by the Secretary of Insurance to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or a certified check or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a bank licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Haverford Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause permitted by law, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
