TOWNSHIP OF LOWER MERION ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 1. Notice is provided by the Township Secretary that sealed proposals will be re- ceived by the Township of Lower Merion for the follow- ing: 2026 ADA Curb Cut Replacement Contract Number: 26-20-0073-0049-0050 2. Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the PennBid Program (https:// pennbid.bonfirehub.com). 3. Proposals will be received until 11:00 am, prevailing time, July 9, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. 4. Each Proposal shall be ac- companied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instruc- tions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. 5. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are re- quired. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. 6. Bidders may obtain elec- tronic copies of drawings and specifications of this project, at no cost, on the PennBid website noted above. 7. Project scope of work in- cludes demolition of existing curb ramps, saw cutting and removal of pavement, instal- lation of new concrete ADA curb ramps meeting PADOT requirements, paint striping as needed, repaving sawcut areas and cleanup. 8. Detailed specifications were developed by Carroll Engineering Corporation, 949 Easton Road, Warrington, PA 18976. Questions regard- ing the project scope shall be submitted via the "Ques- tions” feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day, Friday, June 26, 2026. 9. The project is funded by Published in Main Line Times & Suburban (Delaware County) on 2026-06-07, 2026-06-07, 2026-06-07.
