REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Regional Water Supply Plan The Mount Rogers Planning District Commission (MRPDC) is currently accepting Proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering and planning services related to delivery of a regional water supply plan in accordance with 9VAC25-780. The regional planning area is defined as New River 2, modified in accordance with 9VAC25-780-45.B., and includes the localities of Bland County, Carroll County, Grayson County, Wythe County, City of Galax, and the towns of Fries, Hillsville, Independence, Rural Retreat, Troutdale, and Wytheville.
