Project details

The County of San Diego (County) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the preconstruction and construction phases of Alpine Community Park Part 1. The project will include a Base Scope and potential Contract Options, each with a preconstruction phase and, at the County's option, a construction phase. During preconstruction, the CMAR will collaborate with the County on existing conditions, design, constructability, cost, and schedule, and develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The current estimated budget not to exceed for this Project, including the Base Scope, is $13,283,177.40. The Base Scope includes the construction of utilities, trail connections, playground, off-leash dog area, equestrian staging area, picnic areas, community garden, park office and restrooms, sports courts, a volunteer pad, shade structures, and parking.
