San Diego County is seeking proposals for Crisis Residential Treatment Services (CRTP). The contract will have an initial one-year term with four one-year options. Scope of work

  • Provide Crisis Residential Treatment Programs (CRTP) services as an alternative to hospitalization or step-down from acute inpatient care for adults 18 and over
  • Services to be provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
  • CRTPs are licensed as Social Rehabilitation Facilities regulated by CDSS and DHCS and are Medi-Cal certified.
  • Offerors may propose for one or more of the seven lots (regions) and must submit a separate proposal for each.
