The Project consists of all work, including design build services, and equipment and materials required for the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system as well as window repairs for the Fire Station 6 located at 431 Willow Street in Waterbury, CT. Fire Station 6 was built around 1905. The building’s roof area is approximately 1,700 SF and consists of a Multilayer built up roof. The City requires a new high-quality durable roof with a 30-year warranty that will provide long-term trouble-free service for staff and users of the Fire Station 6. There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP at 10:00 AM on J u l y 1 3 , 2026, outside of Fire Station 6, 431 Willow Street, Waterbury, CT. ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE Information Session IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
