Project details
Scope includes full-site renovation and modernization of existing facilities, including structural upgrades, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, interior finishes, site improvements, and accessibility enhancements. Work is to be performed in accordance with the RFP, plans, specifications, and all incorporated documents. The contract term is 21 months from Notice to Proceed. Prevailing wage requirements apply per Exhibit G, Article 17 of the General Conditions of the Master Facilities Lease. The applicable prevailing wage determination is based on the first bid advertisement date for the GMP phase, which is October 27, 2026. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon Act requirements. Bidders must register as new vendors or log in to submit.
