At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to construct a terminal lift station and force main, mechanical fine screen equipment and headworks building, lagoon aeration improvements, moving bed biofilm reactor, tertiary filters, ultraviolet disinfection system, blower building and associated site piping and site improvements in accordance with the specifications and plans covering the work.
