Project details

The successful offeror must manage both components under City-approved documents, ensuring coordinated employer service and participant communications. Services include participant setup, contribution and allocation processing, claim intake and reimbursement, balance tracking, reconciliation, secure participant access, reporting, data security, and business continuity. The City reserves the right to request interviews or best and final offers.
