Submittals shall include one (1) unbound original and one (1) USB flash drive. Proposals will be publicly opened shortly thereafter in the Cocoa City Hall 3rd Floor Conference Room. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System RFP P-26-08-COC Documents available on Vendor Link May 21, 2026 The City of Cocoa is seeking a modern, integrated, and comprehensive ERP solution to replace its aging legacy systems. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Financial Management, Human Resources/Payroll, Utility Billing, Community Development (Permitting/Licensing), and Asset/Work Order Management. The Citys preference is for a highly integrated "Single Vendor" or "Lead Vendor" software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.
