The system includes a 400W laser, Raylase 3D Scanhead, optical rack, docking mechanism, external filter housing, process gas extraction, 400 mm vertical displacement, T3 test class per Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, electrical enclosure, sensors (O2, pressure, flow), AconitySTUDIO software with open access to SLM process parameters and API integration, 718 Starter-kit with 10 kg Inconel powder (Inc718), 3 substrate plates (316L), acceptance parameter sets, tools (brushes, spatulas, scoops), rubber gloves, respiratory protection, chiller for induction heating, induction heating up to 1,200°C, and Python-based programming. Bidder may submit an equivalent item with full manufacturer specifications and model number. Warranty required for 12 months after delivery and acceptance, covering all parts and labor. Bid must include all shipping, handling, tariffs, and fuel charges.
