DCAMM is seeking proposals to lease approximately 25,400 square feet of usable area in Roxbury, MA, for Roxbury Community College. The space will be used for offices, labs, classrooms, and meeting rooms. The lease term is five years with an option for up to 10 years. The space must be located in Roxbury and preferably near public transportation. The proposal must include 25 general parking spaces, 2 accessible parking spaces, and 2 EV charging stations. Project details

DCAMM invites proposals to lease approximately 25,400 square feet of Usable Area (with consideration for space between 21,000 and 27,000 square feet) for Roxbury Community College (RCC). The Premises will support workforce education and economic mobility programming and will include instructional classrooms, specialized instructional and laboratory space, student support and administrative offices, employer and industry engagement space, and meeting/conference space. The target occupancy date is March 2027. The location must be in Roxbury, MA, and preferably within approximately one quarter mile of MBTA bus routes, Orange Line transit service, or commuter rail service, with proximity to I-93 and I-90. The User Agency requires 25 General Parking Spaces (some 24/7/365), 2 Reserved Accessible Parking spaces, and 2 Electric Vehicle Charging stations. Proposers must be eligible, defined as the record owner(s) of the proposed property; a tenant whose lease permits subleasing; a prospective purchaser or ground tenant with evidence of control; or a broker/agent with authority to bind.
