ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Mountain Peak Special Utility District will receive sealed bids in the District’s office at 5671 Waterworks Rd, Midlothian, TX 76065 and opening same at a public opening at 3:00 P.M Central Daylight Time on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 for the following item: PROPOSED TRINITY DEEP WELL AND PUMP AT WATER PLANT NO. 10 To be considered, a bid must be in District’s office, time/date stamped, on or before the above mentioned date and time and sealed in an envelope. Bid information may be obtained at Childress Engineers, 211 North Ridgeway Drive, Cleburne, Texas 76033 or by telephoning (817) 645-1118. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the Childress Engineers’ office and copies may be purchased for a plan fee of $50.00 for each set. No refund will be made. This project includes: A 2,500’ deep Trinity Deep Well and Pump, Well Head, VFD, Harmonic Input Filter Sine Wave Output Filter, Step-up Transmormer, Electrical Cable and Generator for testing. Mountain Peak S.U.D. reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal or bid or any part thereof or any combination of bids and to waive any or all informalities.
