The proposal must provide for the auditing of the Districts financial records for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with an option for additional annual renewals, subject to mutual agreement by both parties. The District is a local unit of special-purpose government created under Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, for the purpose of financing, constructing, and maintaining public infrastructure. The District is located in Brevard County, Florida, and has an annual operating budget of approximately $73,423.
