Project details

The vehicles must be furnished, equipped, tested, and delivered in accordance with the mandatory Technical Specifications in Appendix A. All makes, models, configurations, and performance requirements are mandatory; no substitutions or departures are permitted unless authorized by a written Addendum. Bids shall remain valid for 90 calendar days after opening. Proposers must submit one signed paper original and one identical electronic PDF copy on a USB flash drive, enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the RFP number and delivery address. All inquiries must be submitted by email only to Stephen Day, Purchasing Agent, by November 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The Town will not consider any changes to mandatory specifications unless issued via a written Addendum.
