Services include the collection, identification, sorting, packaging, shipping, transportation, disposal, and recycling of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) generated within Martin County. Services shall also include hazardous waste collection from Very Small Quantity Generators (VSQGs), other County departments, local government-generated hazardous materials, special collection events, fixed Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) storage locations, natural disaster response cleanouts, and occasional urgent response cleanouts. The awarded contractor shall furnish all required labor, equipment, materials, including drums, and transportation. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Martin County Solid Waste Transfer & Recycling Facility, 9101 SW Busch Street, Palm City, FL 34990.
