BOARD OF CONTRACT AND SUPPLY UTICA, NEW YORK NOTICE TO BIDDERS Specifications have been filed by the Board of Contract and Supply for: PAINTING OF DECORATIVE LIGHT AND UTILITY POLES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE CITY OF UTICA Sealed bids for the aforementioned proposal shall be received at the Board of Contract and Supply office, 1 Kennedy Plaza, Utica, New York, 13502, until 3:30 p.m. on June 25 th , 2026. Bids shall be opened and publicly read in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, Utica, New York, immediately after the time set for receipt.
