At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The construction of a new 4 Story, 41,676 square foot Integrated Health and Education Center in Buckhannon, WV, featuring steel frame, masonry and fiber cement façades, storefront and curtain wall systems, and deep foundations. The interior features a large two-story Lobby space, Lab Facility, Pharmacy, Exam and support spaces for various healthcare services, and Education Spaces. The Work will be substantially completed within 570 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 600 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day.
