REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) EQUIPMENT, OPERATIONS, AND MAINTENANCE FOR ADVANCED METALS RECOVERY PROCESSING SYSTEM RFP 26-206 The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (Authority) requests interested parties to submit PROPOSALS to provide Equipment, Operations, and Maintenance for Advanced Metals Recovery Processing System, RFQ 26-206. Services to be provided include the provision of processing equipment, operations and maintenance and marketing the sale of recovered ferrous and non-ferrous metals. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, AT 10:00 AM local EST at 7501 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33412, open to all interested parties, at which time Authority Staff will be present to answer questions and explain the intent of the RFP Attendance is strongly encouraged. At the conclusion of the pre-proposal conference, the AUTHORITY will provide a group tour of the existing Advanced Metals Recovery Processing System (AMRPS), owned and operated by a separate company, and the non-ferrous and ferrous metals recovery processes at Palm Beach Renewable Energy Facility (REF) 1 and REF 2, for those interested. Recording devices will not be permitted during the group tour. PROPOSER shall bring Personal Protection Equipment including hard hat, safety shoes, safety vests, and safety glasses for their personal use.
