INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids addressed to Tradition Municipal Utility District No. 2B of Denton County, Board of Supervisors, will be received at the office of the Engineer for the District, Westwood Professional Services, 11000 Frisco Street, Suite 400, Frisco, Texas 75033, until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, Thursday, June 25, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud for “Tradition Municipal Utility District No. 2B, Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage, Paving and Streetlight Improvements to serve Winding Meadows Phase 2, Winding Meadows Phase 3 and Tradition Phase 8B”. The project scope includes approximately 8,700 LF of 8”-12” water line, 7,700 LF of 8” sanitary sewer main, 2,600 LF of 21” – 42” storm sewer pipe, 31,300 SY of 6”-10” concrete pavement, 38,180 SF of 4’ concrete sidewalk, and installation of approximately 41 streetlights and all related appurtenances. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified.
