LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF TRUMANN, ARKANSAS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) DISASTER DEBRIS REMOVAL SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the City of Trumann, Arkansas is soliciting sealed Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified and experienced contractors for Disaster Debris Removal Services to be utilized in the event of a natural or man-made disaster. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to: debris clearance, collection, removal, reduction, hauling, and disposal of disaster-related debris; management of temporary debris storage and reduction sites (TDSRS); and all associated labor, equipment, supervision, and documentation necessary to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. All work performed under this contract shall comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM), and all provisions outlined under 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards). Contractors must also comply with all applicable FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide (PAPPG) requirements to ensure eligibility for federal reimbursement. Sealed proposals will be received until July 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Trumann City Hall, located at 825 Hwy 463 N, Trumann, Arkansas 72472.
