The State of Vermont Military Department is seeking bids for the replacement of the heat plant in Building 5 at Camp Johnson in Colchester, VT. The project includes installing a new natural gas boiler, distribution system, and automated controls. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2026.
This project consists of but is not limited to the installation of a new natural gas boiler and distribution system. Project will include all work necessary to have a complete and operational heating system including a building automated controls system. Locations: Chittenden Special Instructions: There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on July 15, 2026 - 10:00 AM Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. Pre-bid will be held onsite at Building 5 in Camp Johnson. Fee to Include one (1) Hard Copy $275.00 or one (1) Digital Copy: $175.00
