The State of Vermont Military Department is seeking bids for the replacement of the fire alarm system in Building 304 at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, VT. This project consists of but is not limited to removal of the exiting Fire Alarm equipment to include wiring, raceways and back boxes. Installation of new Fire Alarm equipment to include devices, wiring, and raceways in order to have a fully functioning fire alarm system in building 304. Locations: Chittenden Special Instructions: BIDDERS CONFERENCE: July 1, 2026 – 10:00 am (EST) There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on July 1 2026, at 10:00 am. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. To gain access to the project site, you will need to enter the Ethan Allen Firing Range at 113 Ethan Allen Rd, Jericho, VT 05465. Take your first right on Brians Aly. Take a left at the motor pool and park in the lot south of the motor pool. The project location is at 80 Mountain School Rd. Jericho, VT 05465, building number 304. Watch for pre-bid signs.
