TS-2750 Native Landscape Contractor for Green InfrastructureThe Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to pre-qualify native landscape contractors for future work on various District Green Infrastructure contracts.TS-2755Native Landscape Contractor for Watercourse & Land StewardshipThe Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to pre-qualify native landscape contractors for management & land stewardship for future work on various District Watercourse contracts.If you are prequalified under TS-2755 (Watercourse), you will automatically be qualified for TS-2750 (Green Infrastructure) and do not need to submit an additional qualifications package.The due date for the full 24 month eligibility is 2/18/2026, but the District will accept qualification packages through 2/18/2028. All contractors, regardless of time of submittal package will be required to resubmit for approval after February 18, 2028. Work will be specified in the bid documents for each individual contract.
