The project contemplated consists of:� Demolition of existing trees, rootballs, pavements, foundations, and floodwalls.� Excavation and off-site landfilling of approximately 1,075 cubic yards of soils.� Construction of approximately 1,760 feet of an existing earthen levee raise.� Construction of approximately 750 linear foot concrete floodwall cap extension (raises).� Maintenance repairs to existing concrete floodwalls such as spalling of concrete, crack formation and expansion sealing, construction joint sealant material damage, and waterstop damage repair.� Construction of approximately 325 feet of permanent two-rail timber fence.� Construction of approximately 96 feet of 30-inch RCP storm sewer and appurtenances.� Installation of 30-inch storm sewer outfall structure and flap gate.� Construction of 90 feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer.� Installation of two new sanitary sewer manholes along the new 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer line.� Adjust the grade of one existing City of Wauwatosa sanitary sewer manhole.� Installation of a cast-in-place concrete backflow prevention structure and in-line check valve within the 72-inch storm sewer.� Adjust the grade of two City of Wauwatosa storm manholes along the 72-inch storm sewer.� Installation of two manholes over the Schoonmaker Creek double box culvert.� Construction of approximately 300 feet of an access ramp at Schoonmaker Creek outfall.� Concrete pavement, asphalt, turf, and native vegetative restoration of all disturbed areas.� 5-year post-construction vegetation maintenance period for disturbed ....
