NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TREE PURCHASE AND PLANTING CGF 26-09RFP DUE: JUNE 16, 2026 - BY 11:00AM The City of Glens Falls is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified tree farms/nurseries for the purchase and planting of trees to replace tree stock that has been depleted through natural attrition. Proposals must be submitted by June 16, 2026, no later than 11:00 A.M. to City of Glens Falls Purchasing Department, Attn: Carrie Lambert, 42 Ridge Street, City Hall, 2nd Floor, Glens Falls NY 12801. Copies of specifications and conditions may be obtained at the above address or via emailing request to purchasing@cityofglensfallsny.gov Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Proposals submitted shall be clearly identified on the outside of the envelope with the Name of RFP and the Company submitting the proposal. The City of Glens Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will award to the respondent deemed to best serve the needs of the City and to waive any informalities or defects in such proposals before or after opening.
