NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the City of Glens Falls will accept sealed bids for: Elm Street Streetscaping ~ Phase II in the City of Glens Falls, Warren County, New York Bid Contract No. CGF 26-04 Bids Due: July 1, 2026, 11:00AM Description of Work: Project scope includes the installation of granite curbing, sidewalk replacement, ADA compliant curb ramps, street lighting, street pavement milling and resurfacing, pavement markings, signage, street tree planting, drainage improvements and other streetscape amenities. The successful bidder will furnish all materials, labor & equipment to complete work in accordance with the contract specifications. A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on June 23rd, 2026 at 10:00 a.m . All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
