NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the City of Glens Falls will accept sealed bids for: Elm Street Streetscaping ~ Phase II in the City of Glens Falls, Warren County, New York Bid Contract No. CGF 26-04 Bids Due: July 1, 2026, 11:00AM Description of Work: Project scope includes the installation of granite curbing, sidewalk replacement, ADA compliant curb ramps, street lighting, street pavement milling and resurfacing, pavement markings, signage, street tree planting, drainage improvements and other streetscape amenities. The successful bidder will furnish all materials, labor & equipment to complete work in accordance with the contract specifications. Digital copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained via email by contacting Jeremy Schneible, P.E., City Engineer at jschneible@cityofglensfallsny.gov . A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on June 23rd, 2026 at 10:00 a.m . The pre-bid meeting will be held at LaBella Associates’ Conference Room, 20 Elm St., Suite 110, Glens Falls, NY 12801 – (Elm Street Entrance). A site visit will follow. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Sealed bids, plainly marked on the form prepared by the City of Glens Falls shall be received at the City of Glens Falls Purchasing Office, 42 Ridge Street, City Hall, 2nd Floor, Glens Falls, New York 12801, Attention: Carrie Lambert; Purchasing Agent until the closing time of: July 1, 2026 at 11:00AM. Each bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Certificat Published in Post Star (Warren County) on 2026-06-16.
