Plans and specifications for the work can be secured from the Office of the Board of Commissioners, Courthouse, 301 Market Street, Steubenville, Ohio 43952, with the Deposit of Ten Dollars ($10.00) NONE OF WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED. All checks to be made payable to the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners. Bids for the above described work must be submitted on the blanks furnished with the bidding documents. SEALED BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN TWO (2) COPIES. All bids must be accompanied by a BID GUARANTY in the form of (1) A Certified Check, or Revocable Letter of Credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, ORC, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of base bid plus all alternates; or (2) a Bid Bond drawn upon an acceptable Surety Company, for the full amount of the bid plus all alternates, one hundred percent (100%) of the bid, both forms of guaranty as provided in Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code.
