After opening, the bids will be compared to quality, thoroughness, and cost by the Owner and Architect (McKinley Architecture & Engineering). Electronic Copies of the Bidding Documents will be issued to interested parties on June 11, 2026, by the architect: McKinley Architecture and Engineering, Fort Henry Building, 1324 Chapline Street, Suite 400, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003. All Bidding Document requests shall be submitted in writing and directed to the Architect via email to projects@mckinleydelivers.com. Bidding Documents are being issued in electronic format (PDF) only and will be sent by the Architect to interested parties only via email ShareFile download at no cost to the bidder. Provide all pertinent contact information including an active email account with your request. Hard copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Architect, upon payment of a non-refundable document access fee of $50.00. Only full sets of Bidding Documents will be issued by the Architect.
