NOTICE TO BIDDERS Breckenridge ISD will receive bids for removal and replacement of a 40 ton package unit on top of the Athletics and Fine Arts building at the Breckenridge ISD campus. The scope of work shall include but is not limited to: * Removal and proper disposal of the existing 40 ton package unit * all required crane service, rigging, and rooftop placement * connection to the existing electrical, gas, ductwork, and controls as applicable * start-up testing and verification of proper system operation * removal of all debris and clean up * compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety requirements The successful bidder must be properly licensed and insured. All materials and workmanship shall be new and of commercial quality. Warranty information for equipment and labor shall be included with the bid submission. Bid submissions must include: * total project cost * estimated completion timeline * equipment specifications * proof of insurance and licensing * references for similar completed projects Sealed bids must be submitted to the Breckenridge ISD administration office at 208 N Miller St. Breckenridge, TX 76424 with title added 'AC project bid'.
