NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS CITY OF LYNN HAVEN JAMES ROGERS PARK SOLICITATION 25.26-26 PE FILE #14489 The project includes construction of an additional asphalt parking lot, basketball court, lighting, playground, landscaping, and concrete sidewalks at James Rogers Park in Lynn Haven. Plans and specifications can be obtained from Panhandle Engineering, Inc., Phone No. (850) 763-5200. All bid document request, registration, and questions shall be directed to Austin Childree, adc@panhandleengineering.com. To ensure consistent distribution of Addendums and clarifications, only registered Bid Set Holders who received Bid Documents directly from Panhandle Engineering, Inc. and are registered, are authorized to submit bids on this project. There will be no Mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project. Bids will be received until, 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, July 9, 2026at the Lynn Haven City Hall, 825 Ohio Avenue, Lynn Haven, Florida 32444, City Hall Building and will be opened and read aloud. ALL BIDS SHOULD BE SEALED AND MARKED “Bid for “JAMES ROGERS PARK”. All bidders and subcontractors shall be FDOT certified in the following major classes of work: 1. Sidewalks 2. Drainage 3. Grading 4. Grassing, Seeding and Sodding 5. Pavement Marking (can be subcontractor) 6. Roadway Signing (can be subcontractor) 7. Asphalt Paving (can be subcontractor) All bidders shall be pre-qualified to bid prior to submitting a bid.
