A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Denton County Law Enforcement Center, 127 N. Woodrow Lane, Lobby Training Room, Denton, Texas at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 29, 2026. Sealed bids should be addressed to Captain James Bennett, Denton County Sheriff's Office, 127 N. Woodrow Lane, Denton, Texas 76205, and should be received no later than 2:00 PM, July 6, 2026. At that time, said bids will be opened and considered. Envelopes containing bids must be marked as described in the written proposal or they will not be considered and returned to the sender unopened. Payment of commission revenues to the Denton County Sheriff shall be made from the current funds of vendor.
