Bidder Restrictions : Contractors must be prequalified prior to bidding on this prequalified electrical work for Category D-1 “Right-of-Way Clearing and Maintenance, Tree and Brush Work.” All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com .
