NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for purchase and installation of the following: Austin Court Stormwater Improvements UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, June 16, 2026 At which time and place the bids will be opened (virtual via Zoom), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested persons are invited to watch the virtual bid opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County Public Works requests sealed bids for the Austin Court Stormwater Improvements project. This contract provides for the installation of approximately 700 lineal feet of 12-inch storm sewer pipe, 13 type-1 catch basins, one (1) type-2 catch basin, 225 lineal feet of curb and gutter, roadway excavation, grading, landscape restoration, gravel and asphalt surface restoration, and other work, as further described in the bid documents.
