WWharton County GC Junior College REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Wharton County Junior College (WCJC) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive migration from the College's existing traditional on-premises phone system to a cloud-based telecommunications solution for all WCJC campus locations. Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing office, located at 911 Boling Highway, Suite A-107A, Wharton, Texas 77488, until Wednesday, July 8th 2026 at 3:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after the stated deadline will not be considered. All submissions must be clearly marked: 26_00002 WCJC-Cloud-Based Phone System.
