WWharton County GC Junior College REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Wharton County Junior College (WCJC) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive migration from the College's existing traditional on-premises phone system to a cloud-based telecommunications solution for all WCJC campus locations.
