Project details

The County of San Diego is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing Crisis Residential Treatment Services (CRTP). CRTPs provide two key functions: offering a diversion from hospitalization and providing a safe step-down from acute inpatient care. CRTPs are licensed as Social Rehabilitation Facilities regulated by CDSS and DHCS. The County intends to award up to seven (7) contracts total, one for each of the following lots: Lot 1 Central Region, Lot 2 Downtown Central Region, Lot 3 South Central Region, Lot 4 East Region, Lot 5 North Coastal Region, Lot 6 North Inland Region (County-Owned), and Lot 7 South Region. The anticipated contract term is an initial one-year period with four one-year options. Proposals must be submitted electronically via BuyNet by November 12, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. San Diego Time. The deadline for questions is October 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. San Diego Time.
