RFQ CLERMONT COUNTY PROBATE COURT HVAC UPGRADES LEGAL NOTICE Request for Qualifications – Professional Mechanical Engineering ServicesThe Clermont County Board of County Commissioners(“Owner”) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified, experienced mechanical engineering firms to provide design, bidding documents, and construction administration for the replacement of aging HVAC infrastructure at the Clermont County Probate Facility in Batavia, Ohio. The selection will follow a Qualified Based Selection (QBS) process in accordance with Ohio statutes governing procurement of professional design services. All Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) must be received in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, no later than 2:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at which time all RFQs shall be opened and acknowledged.
